'Beit Engel' on 43-41 Mazeh St. and Rothschild 84, is a remarkable example of the 'White City' architecture in Tel Aviv, designed by Zeev Rechter in the international style.
This beautifully renovated building with the wonderful greenery on the roof celebrates Tel Aviv and brings me enormous joy every time I pass by. (Fun fact - although not visible is the painting, this is the first building on pillars in the city).
The bright orange color follows the shadows and the expressive geometry.
Bright, energetic, yet harmonious.
